Lennox International Inc. manufactures and markets a broad range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment and related products for residential and commercial customers worldwide. The company offers residential products including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, comfort controls, and indoor air quality systems; commercial products such as packaged rooftop units, split systems, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and ductless systems, commercial controls, indoor air quality systems, chillers, air handlers, fan coils, fluid coolers, condensing units, and compressor racks; and an extensive parts and supplies portfolio encompassing HVAC components and accessories. Founded in 1895 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, Lennox International operates major production facilities in Saltillo, Mexico; Marshalltown, Iowa; and Orangeburg, South Carolina, with additional manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations across North America, Europe, and other regions. In recent developments, Lennox International completed the acquisition of NSI Industries' HVAC division for $550 million on October 16, 2025, incorporating established brands Duro Dyne and Supco to expand its residential and commercial parts and supplies offerings and enhance lifecycle solutions across North America. The company formed a joint venture with Italy's Ariston Group in May 2025 to launch Lennox-branded high-efficiency gas, electric, and heat pump water heaters in the U.S. and Canada starting in 2026. Lennox also continues to invest in distribution infrastructure, including a new 1.2-million-square-foot National Distribution Center in the Fort Worth area set to become operational by January 2026, alongside an expanded Regional Distribution Center near DFW Airport.
