The company formed a joint venture with Italy's Ariston Group in May 2025 to launch Lennox-branded high-efficiency gas, electric, and heat pump water heaters in the U.S. and Canada starting in 2026. Lennox also continues to invest in distribution infrastructure, including a new 1.2-million-square-foot National Distribution Center in the Fort Worth area set to become operational by January 2026, alongside an expanded Regional Distribution Center near DFW Airport.
