Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited is a Hong Kong-listed investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging paper, pulp and tissue paper products. The company produces a range of packaging paper including kraft linerboard, test linerboard, white top linerboard, coated duplex board and high strength corrugating medium; pulp products such as dissolved pulps for viscose chemical fibers, bamboo fibers, glass papers, acetate fibers and refined rayons, unbleached bamboo kraft pulps for ecru life papers, environmental table wares and food bags, and bleached bamboo kraft pulps for tissue papers, fine papers, cigarette papers and cup papers; and tissue paper products including toilet rolls and related items. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Hong Kong, the company operates production facilities in China including Guangdong Province (Dongguan Zhongtang and Hongmei), Jiangsu Province (Changshu), Jiangxi Province (Ruichang) and Chongqing (Yongchuan), as well as in Vietnam and Malaysia, serving primarily the packaging, consumer goods and industrial sectors across China, Southeast Asia and Belt and Road regions with total annual capacity exceeding 7 million tonnes for packaging paper, pulp and tissue. In recent developments, the company announced new three-year sourcing agreements effective January 2025 for recovered paper and pulp with connected persons, entered a land transfer transaction in August 2025 with affiliate Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited to optimize assets at its Jiangsu papermaking subsidiary, reported 2025 interim results reflecting strong cash position and overseas expansion contributions from Vietnam and Malaysia bases amid packaging demand recovery, and advanced sustainability efforts targeting 80% recycled content by integrating pulp-paper production and upgrading facilities for cost efficiency.
