Recent developments include an updated mineral resource estimate at La Loutre in May 2023 reflecting a 184% tonnage increase from 2022 drilling; receipt of a US$8.35 million Defense Production Act Title III grant from the U.S. Department of Defense in May 2024 under a Technology Investment Agreement; high-grade graphite discoveries at Ruisseau in 2024-2025 field programs prompting a planned 2,500-meter 38-hole maiden drill program pending permits; a C$845,000 hard dollar flow-through financing closed in October 2025; finalization of the La Loutre prefeasibility study for release by end-Q1 2026 pending capital; and strategic alignment with Canada's C$2 billion critical minerals sovereign fund and C$443 million processing support announced in the 2025 federal budget under Prime Minister Mark Carney.
