The company provides its Loop TV service through proprietary Loop Players, which are small-box Android streaming devices, as well as legacy ScreenPlay computers and third-party digital platforms; it monetizes via ad-supported video-on-demand (AVOD), subscription video-on-demand (SVOD), programmatic advertising, and direct sales, targeting out-of-home venues across the United States with reach extending to consumer apps on platforms like Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and others in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Burbank, California, Loop Media holds exclusive U.S. licensing for streaming music videos to out-of-home locations and maintains a library of over 150 channels spanning various genres and moods. Among its latest developments, Loop Media entered a strategic partnership with View Television Network, Inc. in May 2025 to leverage View TV's SaaS platform for enhanced monetization of premium content in the OOH streaming and advertising sectors; it also announced a content partnership with Red Bull in July 2024, launching the Red Bull TV channel nationwide to expand sports-themed offerings in venues. Additional recent alliances include collaborations with Adnimation in April 2024 to boost CTV ad revenue through Google's demand sources, Velocity Media Network in February 2025 to integrate into a DOOH network exceeding 50,000 venues, and a director's entity investment of $1 million in pre-funded warrants; however, the company faces financial pressures, reporting declining revenues to $1.29 million in Q2 fiscal 2025, planning SEC deregistration via Form 15 in September 2025, and filing for Chapter 7 liquidation on October 9, 2025.
