In 2023, the company changed its name from Fagerhult AB to Fagerhult Group AB; it completed the acquisition of Capelon, a Swedish leader in smart outdoor lighting with an open IoT platform, in August 2025 to bolster connected solutions; and finalized the acquisition of Trato TLV Group, a French lighting and healthcare equipment provider with subsidiaries Trato Industries SAS, TLV SAS and Biolume SAS based in Lille generating EUR 56 million in 2024 sales, in July 2025 to enhance its Professional segment and support growth synergies.
