- ATC Music Group plc is a United Kingdom-based independent music and entertainment company that provides end-to-end artist representation, live touring, direct-to-fan commerce, digital media, and event management services. The company operates through three primary business divisions: Representation, Services, and Events. The Representation division offers full-service artist career management and talent advisory through ATC Management, Raw Power Management, Real Life Management, and Easy Life Group; and global live performance booking, tour routing, and agency representation through ROAM. The Services division provides physical and digital direct-to-consumer solutions, including artist merchandise development, manufacturing, and global e-commerce supply chain management through Sandbag; ticketed live music broadcast production and digital streaming services through Driift; and digital marketing, audience data analytics, music promotion, and fan engagement technology solutions through Circa, Push Media Ventures, and Cirkay. The Events division operates live music promotions, festival curation, venue management—including venues such as Concorde 2 in Brighton—and immersive experiential productions through Joy Entertainment Group and ATC Experience. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in London, the company maintains international operating offices across the United States and Europe, including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Paris, Copenhagen, and Glasgow. In recent corporate developments, the company officially rebranded from All Things Considered Group plc to ATC Music Group plc in January 2026, following the admission of its shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in December 2025. In March 2026, the company acquired digital marketing agency Push Media Ventures and fan-technology platform Cirkay to enhance its proprietary data analytics and direct-to-fan monetization infrastructure. Furthermore, the company launched the integrated global booking agency ROAM in 2025 via the merger of ATC Live with North American agency Arrival Artists, acquired a 75 percent controlling stake in music management and record label business Easy Life Entertainment in April 2025, and acquired a 50 percent interest in live entertainment and venue operator Mckeown Asset Limited in 2024.
