Ironveld Plc develops and operates a vanadiferous titaniferous magnetite project on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province, South Africa; produces high purity iron, vanadium slag, and titanium slag through its smelting division; mines and sells magnetite ore to industrial users and its own processing operations; and operates a dense media separation plant producing DMS-grade magnetite concentrate. The company, founded in 2000 and headquartered at 78 Pall Mall, London, England, conducts all principal activities via South African subsidiaries including 74%-owned Lapon Mining (Pty) Ltd and wholly owned Altona Processing (Pty) Ltd in joint venture with Sable Platinum Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Ironveld targets industrial consumers of strategic metals including vanadium for steel alloys, titanium for pigments and aerospace, high purity iron for specialty applications, and DMS-grade magnetite for coal washing. In October 2025, subsidiary Lapon Mining signed a five-year Mining Operations Agreement with Daemaneng Minerals (Pty) Ltd under which Daemaneng funds approximately ZAR 500 million in capital and operational expenditure for all mining at the Lapon site while Ironveld benefits from run-of-mine sales and production upside. In late October 2025, Altona Processing entered a binding term sheet with Daemaneng appointing it exclusive manager of the DMS plant, funding all expansion to 15,000 tonnes per month by April 2026 with guaranteed base revenue sharing for Ironveld and Sable, and full operational handover by mid-November 2025. Earlier in June 2025, Ironveld raised £900,000 through a placing to ramp up production for larger offtakers; the company changed its registered office address in April and June 2025.
