In recent developments, LATAM signed a firm order for 24 Embraer E195-E2 regional jets with options for 50 more in September 2025 to enhance South American connectivity starting deliveries in 2026; partnered with AVTECH in late 2024 for Aventus and ClearPath deployment across its fleet to improve efficiency and sustainability beginning with 60 aircraft; announced an exclusive collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Latin America for Harry Potter-themed onboard experiences; and continues fleet modernization with ongoing deliveries of Airbus A321neos since October 2023, Boeing 787-9s through 2030, and Airbus A321XLRs from 2025, following its 2022 emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring.
