Recently, Mabuchi Motor has significantly expanded through strategic acquisitions and business realignments. In 2024, Mabuchi Motor signed an agreement to acquire the small motor business of Oki Micro Engineering Co., Ltd., a transaction completed by mid-2025, enhancing its product portfolio with high-reliability stepping motors and broadening its technological capabilities and sales channels. In October 2025, Mabuchi announced the acquisition of Nippon Pulse Motor Co., Ltd., a precision small motor and motion control technology provider, further strengthening its position in the mobility, machinery, and healthcare markets under its Plan 0 and e-MOTO initiatives.
