(OTCQX: MCBI) serves as the holding company for Mountain Commerce Bank, a state-chartered community bank that provides a full range of commercial and retail banking services to small- and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and affluent individuals primarily in Middle and East Tennessee. The bank offers deposit products including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and IRA accounts; lending products such as mortgage loans, personal loans and lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, Small Business Administration loans, equipment lending, operating lines of credit, and credit cards; wealth management services encompassing fee-based investment management accounts in individual stocks, stock mutual funds, stock exchange-traded funds, individual bonds, bond mutual funds, fixed income exchange-traded funds, and 529 college funding plans, as well as traditional, Roth, and simple IRAs; retirement plan consulting services including 401(k) and 403(b) plan design review, fiduciary support, investment committee guidance, and participant education; insurance products comprising life insurance for individuals, groups, and estate planning, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance; and digital and business services such as private banking, free fraud monitoring, e-statements, remote deposit capture, online banking, treasury management solutions, and interactive teller machines. Founded in 1910 and headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, the company operates through seven branches in Brentwood, Erwin, two in Johnson City, Bearden (Knoxville), West Knoxville, and Unicoi.
