Its 50/50 joint venture BetMGM provides sports betting and online gaming in numerous North American jurisdictions under brands including BetMGM and partypoker. In recent developments, LeoVegas, an MGM subsidiary, acquired Tipico's U.S. sportsbook and online casino platform in 2024 to enhance proprietary sports betting technology across international markets excluding BetMGM; MGM announced in October 2025 an agreement to sell the operations of MGM Northfield Park, Ohio's largest gaming property by revenue, to Clairvest for $546 million with closing expected in the first half of 2026; and in June 2024, MGM partnered with Playtech to launch proprietary live casino content from Las Vegas.
