Business
Casta Diva Group S.p.A. is an Italy-based multinational communication, audiovisual production, and live entertainment company. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Milan, Italy, the company operates as an integrated communication group specializing in branded content, commercial video production, large-scale corporate and public events, and live music entertainment. The company operates through three principal business segments: Events and Live Communication, Video and Digital Production, and Live Entertainment and Music. Its systematic portfolio of products and services includes the planning, creative design, and execution of corporate conventions, product launches, trade show booths, international congresses, medical and scientific conferences, exhibition spaces, digital events, and experiential brand activations through brands such as Casta Diva Ideas, G.2 Eventi, Genius Progetti, We Are Live, and First Class; the production and post-production of television commercials, viral videos, branded entertainment, corporate films, digital social video content, documentaries, and television formats through Casta Diva Pictures; and live concert organization, venue management, and premium hospitality operations through the Blue Note Milano jazz club and restaurant as well as the Blue Note Off brand extension. Casta Diva Group serves a diversified international clientele comprising multinational corporations, luxury and fashion brands, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, automotive manufacturers, financial institutions, and advertising agencies across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, with a presence in cities including Milan, Rome, Madrid, London, New York, Buenos Aires, Shanghai, and Dubai. The company is publicly listed on the Euronext Growth Milan exchange under the ticker symbol CDG. In recent developments, Casta Diva Group has actively expanded its operational scale and market share through strategic acquisitions, international partnerships, and institutional capital additions. In early 2026, the company completed the acquisition of the events business division of Prodea Group S.p.A. for approximately 3 million euros, significantly expanding its live communication capacity, creative assets, and client portfolio. This transaction followed the late 2024 acquisition of First Class, an Italian agency specializing in medical congresses and healthcare events, which reinforced the group's specialized Pharma business unit. In late 2025, the company integrated strategic financial partners into its shareholding structure, with institutional investor Alkemia Capital acquiring a 10.07 percent equity stake and Hoop Club S.p.A. acquiring a 4.82 percent stake to support long-term corporate development. In late 2024, the group broadened its European footprint into Spain by establishing a commercial content production hub in Madrid in partnership with local production firm We are Beauty. Strategically, the company has focused on organizational consolidation and enhanced cross-selling across its subsidiaries, accelerated the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into its video production workflows, and engaged DC Advisory to assess strategic growth avenues and international expansion opportunities.
