Through its international consulting units, the company provides advocacy, European Union funding advisory, project management, and policy design focused on digital transport corridors, decarbonization, green logistics, and circular economy frameworks. Circle S.p.A. operates several subsidiaries and specialized entities, including Infoera S.r.l., which develops maritime and customs software; Magellan Circle, based in Brussels and Porto, which leads European project consulting, communication, and international networking; NextStep Industry S.r.l., focusing on industrial digitalization; and Cargo Start S.r.l., specializing in software solutions for air freight operations. In addition, the group has launched new artificial intelligence and machine learning modules across its Milos platform, secured high-value multi-year contracts with Italian Port System Authorities for the national deployment of the SUDOCO customs digitalization platform, expanded European cross-border digital green lane pilot programs under the FEDeRATED and European Mobility Data Space initiatives, and established new international commercial hubs to accelerate penetration across Southern and Western European logistics nodes.
