Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Milan, Italy, the company is listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana. In recent corporate developments, Equita expanded its alternative investments platform through the acquisition of Xenon Private Equity, supported by an extraordinary capital increase, and formed a strategic commercial partnership with BCC Iccrea Group, under which Iccrea Banca acquired a minority equity stake in Equita to broaden product distribution. Additionally, the group expanded its fund lineup with the launch of new private market initiatives, including the EQUITA Rilancio Small Cap Italia fund to support Italian small and medium-sized enterprises.
