Mammoth Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MTH; OTC: MMMRF) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and evaluating precious metal properties, primarily gold, silver and copper deposits, in Mexico and other mining-friendly jurisdictions in the Americas; it holds a 100% interest, subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty purchasable for US$1.5 million within three years of commercial production, in the 5,333-hectare Tenoriba property comprising the Mapy, Mapy 2, Mapy 3 and Fernanda concessions located in the Sierra Madre precious metal belt of southwestern Chihuahua State, Mexico, where previous exploration by Mammoth and prior parties including Masuparia Gold Corporation has identified broad gold-silver mineralization in altered felsic volcanics and breccias supported by diamond drilling results such as 16.0 metres grading 0.49 grams per tonne gold and 3.7 metres grading 5.33 grams per tonne gold in hole TDH-07, surface rock chip samples up to 23.6 grams per tonne gold and 62.1 grams per tonne silver, and a large 5 by 3 kilometre soil gold anomaly; the company conducts systematic exploration including geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys, metallurgical testing such as bottle roll tests and electron microscope studies on drill core rejects from the Carneritos area, and drilling campaigns with technical reports recommending further work to define inferred mineral resources via optimized drill spacing; founded in 2011 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Mammoth operates principally in Mexico with ongoing efforts to pursue additional exploration projects across the Americas. In June 2025, Mammoth entered a strategic alliance with RM Minerías de RL de CV, a private Mexican firm of mining and metallurgical specialists focused on developing and restarting mineral extraction facilities, to leverage RM's expertise for advancing the Tenoriba project toward potential production while providing Mammoth shareholders exposure to near-term mineral production opportunities in Mexico amid challenging equity markets; this alliance accompanies a concurrent C$750,000 private placement financing, recent independent studies confirming greater than one kilometre strike potential for further exploration at Tenoriba including a November 2024 review of the Edgardo Espinosa Velasco target study and a May 2024 study thereof, a November 2023 drill hole spacing analysis for resource definition, and February 2025 advancements toward small-scale gold-silver production scenarios at Tenoriba including custom milling at a local 200 tonnes per day facility or constructing its own plant.
