PAO TMK, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Moscow, Russia, is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of tubular products primarily for the oil and gas industry. The company produces a comprehensive range of pipes including seamless and welded pipes, casing and tubing for oil and gas wells, line pipe products, and pipes with premium connections designed for horizontal and directional drilling. Recently, TMK secured approval for amending terms on its $500 million Eurobonds due in 2027 and completed the sale of its U.S. IPSCO Tubulars business to Tenaris, while continuing to expand through strategic acquisitions including an 86.54% stake in PJSC ChelPipe. The company has also initiated a secondary share offering and is progressing towards the public listing of its North American division.
