Business
Northann Corp. is a manufacturer and provider of integrated interior surface solutions, specializing in 3D printing technology and natural, material-based products for interior finishes. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Fort Lawn, South Carolina, the company develops and markets vinyl flooring, wall panels and decorative panels; hybrid wood planks; ocean-plastic-based flooring and wall products; and related decorative and surface-finishing solutions under the Benchwick, Northann, SuperOak and Dotfloor brand names through its dotfloor.com online store and other channels in North America, Europe and selected international markets. Northann also provides technology-enabled offerings for the home improvement industry, including digital printing, embossing and customization capabilities for interior surfaces. In recent periods, Northann has expanded its strategic and operational footprint through multiple initiatives, including the relocation of its global headquarters to Fort Lawn, South Carolina; the effectiveness of its S-1 registration statement in February 2025; and the January 2026 stockholder update outlining plans to expand core product lines into a major North American retail channel through a tier-one retail partnership. The company also entered into equity-funded software and platform agreements in late 2025 for supply chain management software and the NCL Customized Intelligent Decoration Platform, while continuing to pursue strategic partnerships such as collaborations with CoCoMall in Hong Kong and Adornus Cabinetry, and to restore and maintain NYSE American listing compliance.
