Business
Four Nines Gold Inc. is a junior resource company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties in Canada and the United States. Incorporated in 2015 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Bonneville property comprising 36 mineral tenures covering approximately 2,018 hectares in central Quebec within the Abitibi greenstone belt; the Hayden Hill property in Lassen County, California, a past-producing gold-silver mine with historical drilling of over 99,800 meters in 742 holes and recent surface sampling yielding up to 45.4 g/t gold; and the Lassen property consisting of 62 mineral claims in the Hayden Hill Mining District. The company targets gold-silver-copper deposits through exploration activities including drilling, geophysical surveys, soil sampling, mapping and 3D modeling of mineralization. Formerly known as Eureka Dome Gold Inc., it changed its name in November 2016. Recent developments include an April 2023 exploration agreement and option to acquire 100% of the Hayden Hill mine from a Kinross Gold USA Inc. subsidiary via staged cash payments totaling up to US$2.15 million, qualifying expenditures of at least US$1 million by November 2025 and a 2% net smelter returns royalty subject to buyback; a December 2024 amendment to the Kinross agreement; an October 2024 marketing partnership with Senergy Communications Capital Inc. to enhance project visibility; ongoing surface exploration at Hayden Hill identifying epithermal veins and hydrothermal breccias with high-grade gold values; and updated corporate presentations highlighting 3D modeling results.
