Business
Titan Mining Corporation (TSX:TI), an Augusta Group company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, and founded in 2012, acquires, explores, develops, produces, and extracts mineral properties focused on zinc and critical minerals. The company operates its principal asset, the 100%-owned Empire State Mines in St. Lawrence County, New York, spanning over 120,000 acres in the Balmat-Edwards district; it produces zinc concentrate from the active ESM #4 mine feeding a 5,000 tpd onsite mill with current annual output of approximately 60 million pounds of zinc concentrate, while exploring near-mine and regional high-grade zinc deposits, iron-oxide copper-gold potential, and the adjacent Kilbourne Graphite Project featuring a December 2024 maiden inferred resource of 22 million short tons at 2.91% graphitic carbon containing 653,000 tons. Titan targets U.S. domestic supply chains for critical minerals serving industrial, battery, and defense sectors through New York-based operations with existing rail, port, and air access. Recent developments include the December 2024 declaration of the Kilbourne Graphite mineral resource and plans for a fully permitted 1,200 tpa graphite processing facility commissioning in H2 2025 to become the first end-to-end U.S. natural flake graphite producer since 1956; a U.S. EXIM Bank letter of interest for up to US$120 million in October 2025 and US$15.8 million financing approval in June 2025 to support zinc and graphite expansion; discovery of significant germanium concentrations within the zinc circuit in October 2025; NYSE American listing commencement as TII in November 2025 following pre-clearance; strong Q3 2025 results with graphite facility construction nearing completion; and cooperative agreements with St. Lawrence County in May 2025 expanding mineral tenure alongside appointment of Kevin Hart as CFO in April 2025.
