The company operates through two primary segments: Production Services, offering hydraulic fracturing, cementing, coiled tubing, filtration, completions, stimulation, pumping, nitrogen services, artificial lift, production assurance, and integrated production management; and Drilling and Evaluation Services, including rigs and integrated services, fishing and downhole tools, thru-tubing intervention, tubular running services, directional drilling, drilling and completion fluids, pressure control, well testing services, wireline logging services, and slickline services. NESR serves exploration and production companies in major oil and gas basins across 16 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Libya, Iraq, and Qatar, with over 6,000 employees representing more than 60 nationalities. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, NESR became the first national energy company from the MENA region listed on Nasdaq. In November 2025, NESR formalized an unconventional frac contract during the Saudi-US Investment Forum in Washington, D.C., as part of over $30 billion in deals tied to Saudi Arabia's Jafurah project, reinforcing its position through strengthened US-Saudi energy collaboration. The company reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of $295.3 million and net income of $17.7 million, alongside ongoing emphasis on decarbonization technologies, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.
