It serves consumer markets in Asia, North America, Europe, and other international areas through a network that includes wholly owned subsidiaries like Nissin Food Products, Nissin Chilled Foods, Nissin Frozen Foods, and Myojo Foods. Recent developments encompass a November 2024 joint venture agreement with Nissin Asia to form Australia Nissin Foods Pty., Ltd. (51% owned by Nissin Foods group affiliate), focusing on importing and selling instant noodles, snacks, cereals, and other foods in Australia and New Zealand; a October 2025 establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Turkey with acquisition of an instant noodle facility; October 2025 securing of land use rights in Zhuhai, China, for over RMB240 million investment in new automated production facilities; and completion of a share buyback program in August 2025, acquiring 306,300 shares for 880.6 million yen as part of a larger initiative to repurchase up to 9.5 million shares.
