- Ni-Co Energy Inc. is a Québec-focused junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of critical-mineral properties, with a primary focus on nickel, copper and cobalt mineralization for electrification, energy-transition technologies and industrial supply chains. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Gatineau, Québec, Canada, the Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Kremer Project, located in ZEC Lavigne approximately 90 kilometres north of downtown Montréal, Québec. Its exploration activities include geological mapping and prospecting; surface grab and channel sampling; diamond drilling; airborne and ground time-domain electromagnetic surveys; borehole electromagnetic surveys; magnetic, gravity and drone-based geophysical surveys; geochemical and assay analysis; target generation; and interpretation of mineralized sulphide systems. The Kremer Project comprises the Kremer-1, Kremer-2 and Kremer-3 target areas within an approximately eight-kilometre prospective geological and geophysical corridor, where the Company is investigating nickel-copper-cobalt-bearing sulphide mineralization hosted in the Morin Anorthosite near its contact with Grenvillian metasedimentary rocks. Ni-Co Energy does not currently produce or sell minerals; its business consists of advancing early-stage exploration assets and pursuing additional Québec mineral-property opportunities with nickel, copper and cobalt potential. In 2026, the Company completed its initial public offering, issuing 7,123,333 common shares for gross proceeds of approximately C$1.97 million, and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NICE. The Company also appointed Robert Wares, P.Geo., as Technical Advisor, initiated a two-year Kremer research program with the University of Ottawa to improve understanding of mineralization and refine exploration targeting, reported surface grab-sample results at Kremer-2 including grades of up to 1.21% nickel, 0.14% copper and 0.10% cobalt, and began a funded and permitted approximately 7,500-metre, two-phase drilling program in September 2026. The drilling program initially targets the untested Kremer-2 area and subsequently plans closer-spaced drilling at Kremer-1 to assess mineralized-zone geometry, continuity, thickness and true widths; the Company has not established a mineral resource estimate or demonstrated an economic mineral deposit at the Kremer Project.
