NORMA Group SE, headquartered in Maintal near Frankfurt, Germany and founded in 1896, manufactures and markets engineered joining technology solutions including quick connectors, hose clamps, retaining clamps and pipe couplings; it serves the mobility, new energy, industry applications and infrastructure sectors through brands such as ABA, Breeze, Clamp-All, CONNECTORS, FISH, Gemi, Kimplas, NORMA, Raindrip, R.G. The company operates production sites and sales offices across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, supplying over 10,000 customers in more than 100 countries with more than 40,000 product solutions focused on applications in vehicles with conventional and alternative drives, ships, aircraft, buildings and infrastructure systems. In September 2025, NORMA Group signed an agreement to divest its Water Management business unit, which includes irrigation systems, stormwater management and water infrastructure components generating around EUR 300 million in 2024 sales, to Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. for an enterprise value of USD 1.0 billion with expected closing in Q1 2026; the transaction anticipates net cash proceeds of EUR 620-640 million to reduce debt by EUR 300 million, fund potential acquisitions in Industry Applications and return capital to shareholders via measures including share buybacks, as part of a transformation to a focused industrial supplier emphasizing advanced joining technology in Mobility & New Energy and Industry Applications by 2028.
