- EraNova Metals Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of precious- and base-metal properties in western Canada. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned, approximately 29,700-hectare Ruby Creek Property near Atlin, British Columbia, which comprises the development-stage Adanac Molybdenum Project and the Atlin Discovery Project. Adanac is being advanced as a primary molybdenum project and is contemplated as a conventional open-pit mine and 30,000-tonne-per-day processing operation producing saleable molybdenum concentrate through crushing, SAG-ball milling, flotation, concentrate thickening, filtration, drying and shipment to an offsite roasting facility. The Atlin Discovery Project contains exploration targets prospective for high-grade silver, gold, copper and tungsten mineralization, including the Silver Surprise, Lakeview, Ruffner, Thor Ridge and Black Diamond Corridor areas. EraNova also owns the Big Ledge Zinc-Lead Project, located south of Revelstoke, British Columbia, and the South Thompson Nickel Project in west-central Manitoba. Its exploration portfolio targets molybdenum, gold, silver, copper, tungsten, zinc, lead and nickel deposits. Incorporated in 2017, the Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company was formerly known as Stuhini Exploration Ltd. and changed its name to EraNova Metals Inc. in January 2026. In August 2026, EraNova released an independent preliminary economic assessment and updated mineral resource estimate for its 100%-owned Adanac project, outlining a conceptual 24-year operation with average annual molybdenum production of approximately 11.4 million pounds and a measured-and-indicated mineral resource of 435.7 million pounds of molybdenum, plus 71.0 million pounds inferred. In September 2026, the Company filed an NI 43-101 technical report prepared by Tetra Tech Canada Inc. in support of the updated preliminary economic assessment; EraNova plans to initiate a feasibility study, advance environmental assessment and permitting activities, and evaluate strategic partnerships, critical-mineral funding opportunities and potential customer relationships to support Adanac’s future development.
