Business
Divine Power Energy Ltd (DPEL:NSI) manufactures insulated and bare copper and aluminum wires and strips in India. The company produces bare copper/aluminum wire and strip; winding copper/aluminum wire and strip; copper and aluminum wires/strips insulated with paper, crepe paper, and fiberglass; double cotton covered wires and strips; and fiber-glass insulated conductors. These products serve transformer manufacturers, power distribution companies (Discoms), solar and automobile ancillary industries, and applications such as electromagnetic coils for lifting magnets used in handling containers and machinery. Divine Power Energy operates primarily in North India, including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, and Bihar, with about 40 employees and trailing twelve-month revenue of INR 2.63 billion as of late 2025. Incorporated in 2001 and headquartered at Plot no. 56/1 & 56/2, Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, India, the company maintains a wholly owned subsidiary, Vimlesh Industries Private Limited, and lists Viraj Upkram Private Limited as a sister concern. In November 2024, Divine Power Energy announced the acquisition of Vimlesh Industries Pvt Ltd for INR 8.29 million, marking a key expansion in its operations. More recently, in November 2025, its arm secured significant new orders from existing customers, bolstering the order book and enhancing revenue visibility. These developments, alongside a public listing on NSE Emerge following a 2024 fresh issue of equity shares aggregating INR 22.5 crore, reflect the company's strategic growth in the insulated conductors sector.
