In recent developments, the company acquired approximately 159.9 acres of land in June 2025 for a greenfield project in JNPA SEZ, Maharashtra, with environmental clearance received in April 2025 and construction underway for commissioning by FY27; incorporated a wholly owned US subsidiary in Q4FY25 to establish its first manufacturing facility there by 2027; earned USDA Biobased Certification for its BioPlastics Additives range in June 2024; and commissioned a Thailand joint venture for production trials.
