Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, the company has executed over 6,842 lane kilometers of roads, 425 kilometers of irrigation canals and various industrial projects, with operations concentrated in southern and western India targeting government entities such as the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). In recent developments, promoters secured National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approval in September 2025 for a Rs2,400 crore one-time settlement plan offering 30% recovery to lenders, following the deposit of Rs115 crore and plans for asset monetization; the company completed acquisition of Gayatri Infra Ventures making it a wholly owned subsidiary in February 2025, while navigating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) proceedings initiated in November 2022 that were withdrawn under Section 12A with over 90% creditor approval; additionally, in September 2025 the board approved increasing authorized capital to Rs120 crore and a preferential issue of up to 31.4 crore shares ahead of an extraordinary general meeting on October 23, 2025.
