Established in 2010 as an independent entity from the Manaksia Group and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, it maintains a production capacity of 132,000 tonnes per annum with a workforce of approximately 280-300 employees. In November 2025, the company signed memorandums of understanding with certain European clients valued at INR 500 crore for the supply of up to 50,000 metric tonnes of pre-painted steel coils, alu-zinc coated coils, and galvanized steel products over the next 12 months, enhancing production capacity utilization and bolstering its global export portfolio.
