Siddhika Coatings Limited (NSE: SIDDHIKA.NS) is India's largest texture paint contract company in the single brand segment, serving as the authorized marketing agent and applicator for SK Kaken Ltd., Japan, with an association spanning over 20 years. The company specializes in architectural coatings supplies and application services for construction and maintenance projects, including high build designer stone textures made with natural stone chips and high build resin; elastomeric textures and coatings that bridge cracks up to 1.5 mm and prevent cracking; thermal insulation coatings and paints for energy savings in air conditioning; anti-bacterial and low VOC paints for hospitals, schools, and LEED-certified buildings; multi-color and metallic decorative paints for aesthetic interior/exterior finishes; silicon paints and coatings offering water repellency and breathability; epoxy and anti-acid paints including dust-proof, self-leveling, and anti-static variants for industrial floors in automotive and pharmaceutical sectors; fireproof products; wooden and concrete finishes; super dirt resistance products; sealant and cemedine products; oil paints, distempers, cellure paints, colors, varnishes, enamels; and a Total Maintenance System (TMS) for complete facade refurbishment encompassing removal, plaster repair, repainting, and sealing. It also provides comprehensive application services for preparing and coating interior/exterior surfaces of civil structures using organic/inorganic textured pigments and functional coatings, managing over 5 million sq. ft. of contract work annually with infrastructure like gondolas, scaffolding, and safety-compliant teams. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in New Delhi, India, at L-9, Lower Ground Floor, Kalkaji, the company operates more than 10 branches pan-India, including key locations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai, serving clients such as prominent architects, developers, IT companies, business parks, hospitality leaders, and Japanese main contractors across regions from Assam to Kerala. Incorporated as a private limited company in 2010 (CIN: L45400DL2010PLC206024), it became a public limited company in 2020 and listed on the NSE SME Emerge platform in 2021, marking it as India's first listed paint contractor. It previously acquired AB Coatings Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 to expand its portfolio and achieved milestones such as SKK's recognition in 2017 as its strategic supply-apply partner—the first in India—and completing over 5 lakh sq. mtr. of application in 2019. In recent developments, Siddhika Coatings reported record-breaking turnover, profit, paint area completed, and its largest single order for FY 2024-25 (ended March 31, 2025), with healthy order flow continuing into 2025-26 amid expansions in services directly and through fully owned subsidiaries to leverage its client base and strengths. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.30 per equity share (33%) in May 2025, subject to shareholder approval at its 15th AGM on July 5, 2025. Seeking shareholder approvals via special resolutions for the period through March 31, 2028, it proposed enhanced managerial remuneration exceeding 5% of net profits—including up to Rs 39 lakh base plus 0.60% commission on net sales for Managing Director Charitra Maheshwari, similar structures for Executive Directors Gaurav Agarwal and Manvendra Pratap Singh, and an overall cap of Rs 1.50 crore—and related party transactions with its wholly owned subsidiaries. These changes reflect strategic growth in the real estate, construction, and coatings sectors, targeting doubled work volume through territorial and product expansions while adhering to a single-brand policy per line.
