Associates and subsidiaries, such as East Indian Produce Ltd., Jaldacca Tea Plantations Pvt. Ltd., and Terai Retailors Private Limited, support diversified tea production, trading, and property development across the Terai Group. In March 2024, Terai Tea establishes a wholly owned subsidiary, Terai Retailors Private Limited, to expand real estate activities in West Bengal. The company advances tea tourism initiatives, including a joint venture with Terai Tea Resorts Ltd. for a 99-year lease on up to 8.20 acres at Bagdogra Tea Estate under West Bengal's Tea Tourism Policy, negotiating with top hotel brands for equity participation and operations; a separate joint venture with Tryambakam Land Pvt. Ltd. develops a food court and shopping plaza on 0.83 acres nearby. Further, Terai Tea enters an amalgamation agreement with group companies for a commercial real estate project on 174 kathas at Sevoke Road, Siliguri, securing land use certification and preparing building plans; it also gains in-principle approval for a charitable hospital on 3.60 acres at Bagdogra under the same policy.
