In recent developments, U.Y. Fincorp expanded into new loan segments under the GrowU brand through pilot projects in Uttar Pradesh regions including Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and others, entered business correspondent agreements with entities such as Virat India MFI, Shatakshi MFI, and Rahi MFI, and digitalized onboarding and disbursement for small-ticket loans; the company also approved a draft preliminary placement document for a proposed qualified institutional placement in July 2025.
