In July 2025, the company formed Navigator Amon Shipping AS, a joint venture with Amon Maritime (Navigator holding 80%), to construct two ammonia-fueled LPG carriers (15,530 cubic meters each) at Nantong CIMC Offshore & Energy Co., Ltd., at approximately $84 million per vessel, with deliveries scheduled for June and October 2028.
