NexgenRx also provides proprietary claims-processing software, plan-management, enrolment, eligibility, reporting, implementation, operational and related ancillary services. The Company serves plan sponsors, insurers, benefits consultants, insurance brokerages, pharmacy patient-assistance programs, providers, multi-employer union trusts and pharmaceutical companies. NexgenRx began operations in 2003 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Recent initiatives include continued expansion of client relationships and transaction volumes, investment in digital transformation and process automation, enhancement of its technology platform, and evaluation of practical artificial-intelligence applications through its AI Committee to improve analytics, productivity, customer experience and operating scalability. In August 2026, the Company reported second-quarter revenue growth of 20.8% year over year to C$5.16 million, attributed primarily to higher transaction-fee revenue and continued business expansion, and declared a C$0.005-per-share dividend payable by August 31, 2026.
