- NexgenRx Inc. provides third-party administration and software-as-a-service technology solutions for group health-benefit, pension and patient-support programs in Canada. The Company administers, adjudicates and pays prescription drug, dental and extended-health claims on behalf of beneficiaries of health benefit plans sponsored or underwritten by plan sponsors, insurers and other customers. Its principal offerings include NexSys, a rules-based, integrated platform for secure real-time eligibility, enrolment and adjudication of drug, dental and extended-health claims, with front-end, hour-bank, mobile-access and provider-network capabilities; NexAdmin, a benefit-plan administration and self-administration platform that enables sponsors to maintain member information and administer plan operations; NexPension, a multi-employer pension-administration solution for recording and calculating member-group contributions; and NexPSPAssist, a service and claims-adjudication capability designed to help patient support programs optimize delivery for pharmaceutical-manufacturer clients. NexgenRx also provides proprietary claims-processing software, plan-management, enrolment, eligibility, reporting, implementation, operational and related ancillary services. The Company serves plan sponsors, insurers, benefits consultants, insurance brokerages, pharmacy patient-assistance programs, providers, multi-employer union trusts and pharmaceutical companies. NexgenRx began operations in 2003 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Recent initiatives include continued expansion of client relationships and transaction volumes, investment in digital transformation and process automation, enhancement of its technology platform, and evaluation of practical artificial-intelligence applications through its AI Committee to improve analytics, productivity, customer experience and operating scalability. In August 2026, the Company reported second-quarter revenue growth of 20.8% year over year to C$5.16 million, attributed primarily to higher transaction-fee revenue and continued business expansion, and declared a C$0.005-per-share dividend payable by August 31, 2026.
