Business
Sino American Oil Company (OILY) is a development-stage oil and gas company focused on the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves primarily in the United States and Canada. Incorporated originally as Raphael Industries Ltd. in 2005 in Nevada and re-domiciled to Wyoming in 2018, the company pursues upstream activities including assessment, acquisition, and optimization of oil and gas properties; midstream operations involving production infrastructure; and downstream commodity trading of hydrocarbon products, with a strategic emphasis on the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in Alberta for sweet light crude oil production through production acquisitions, mineral land deals, drilling programs, and enhanced recovery initiatives. Headquartered in the United States, it operates across North America and seeks mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand its portfolio, including past memorandums of understanding such as the MOU with Estacado Energy LLC for Texas oil-producing properties, acquisition of Tritium Inc. of Alberta Canada, and partnership with SRAX Inc.; recent management changes feature the appointment of Jeffrey Standen as CEO in January 2021 to drive reserve negotiations and new revenue streams amid ongoing regulatory efforts to lift a 2020 British Columbia Cease Trade Order.
