Ondas Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) provides private wireless, drone, and automated data solutions through its two primary segments, Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), serving markets including rail, energy, mining, agriculture, public safety, critical infrastructure, and government in the United States, Israel, and internationally. Ondas Networks designs, develops, manufactures, sells, and supports FullMAX, a patented software-defined radio (SDR) platform based on IEEE 802.16 standards that enables secure, reliable, industrial-grade wide-area broadband connectivity for mission-critical IoT applications; OAS, operating through subsidiaries American Robotics, Airobotics, Iron Drone Raider, and Aperio Motion, offers Optimus, the first U.S. FAA-approved fully autonomous AI-powered drone system with imaging payloads, Airbase ruggedized base stations for data processing and cloud transfer, Insightful secure web portals and APIs for remote analytics, and the Iron Drone Raider counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) interceptor for neutralizing hostile drones. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with additional offices in California and Israel, the company targets blue-chip industrial and defense customers. Recent developments include the November 2025 completion of its $225 million acquisition of Sentrycs to enhance integrated C-UAS detection and interception capabilities deployed across 25 countries; majority stakes in S.P.O. Smart Precision Optics for advanced electro-optics in missile defense and counter-drone systems, Apeiro Motion for ground robotics and automation, Chirokka Holding (owner of 4M Defense) for AI-driven demining and subsurface intelligence, and Insight Intelligent Sensors for expanded AI surveillance; a strategic partnership with Klear for non-dilutive working capital to fuel acquisitions; expanded distribution agreements with Rift Dynamics for Wasp attritable drones and Nammo Raufoss for U.S. defense munitions; a $14.3 million Optimus drone order from a leading defense customer; and raised 2025 revenue guidance to at least $36 million with a preliminary 2026 target of $110 million driven by OAS backlog growth to $22.2 million.
