The company offers Ooma Office, a multi-user phone, video, and messaging system for small and medium-sized businesses; Ooma Enterprise, a customizable unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solution for larger distributed organizations in sectors such as hospitality and healthcare; Ooma AirDial, a plain old telephone service (POTS) replacement integrating hardware, software, remote device management, and cloud telephony with professional installation; Ooma Connect, fixed wireless internet optimized for business communications; OnSIP, a UCaaS platform with pay-as-you-go options recently acquired by the company; residential offerings including Ooma Telo home phone devices, PureVoice HD service, and smart security systems; and the 2600Hz platform for wholesale business communication applications. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, Ooma delivers these solutions through direct sales, retailers, resellers, and partnerships targeting small-to-medium businesses, enterprises, and residential users. Recent developments include definitive agreements announced in November 2025 to acquire Phone.com for approximately $23.2 million to add 87,000 business users and FluentStream to expand SMB phone services; new partnerships with Frontier Communications, a large national cable company, and others to resell AirDial; integrations with Zapier, Square, QuickBooks, and ServiceTitan; expansion of AirDial to the public sector via Carahsoft and to Canada; and awards such as PCMag's 2025 Business Choice for Ooma Office and Frost & Sullivan recognition for AirDial leadership in POTS replacement.
