OSI Systems serves aviation, ports, borders, critical infrastructure, government facilities, hospitals, clinics, and global customers through manufacturing facilities and operations in the Americas, Europe, European Union, Middle East, and Asia Pacific; it was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Hawthorne, California. Recent developments include a September 2024 acquisition of a privately held provider enhancing its capabilities, a January 2025 $23 million order for critical RF communication systems following an acquisition of an RF solutions business for defense clients, multiple 2024 TSA contracts totaling over $22 million for security screening, and $24 million in 2023 task orders for security solutions across domestic and international locations.
