Business
RMX Industries, Inc. is a defense technology and edge intelligence company that designs, develops, and delivers resilient communications, advanced video compression, and tactical edge computing solutions. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company develops hardware and software architectures designed to maintain mission-critical data transmission across austere, bandwidth-constrained, and electronic warfare-contested operational environments. RMX Industries operates primarily within the aerospace, defense, public safety, and government intelligence sectors, serving defense departments, federal law enforcement, tactical operators, and enterprise customers globally across North America, Europe, and allied nations. The company operates through integrated product and service lines comprising: VAST (Video Assured Secure Transmission), a proprietary, software-defined video encoding and compression platform that enables real-time, low-latency video streaming across high-frequency (HF) radio, tactical satellite (SATCOM), and ultra-high frequency tactical satellite (UHF TACSAT) networks; VisionOS, a specialized edge operating system, device provisioning environment, and developer framework providing application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) to deploy and manage VAST-enabled edge appliances; QuantrusX, an edge intelligence platform engineered for localized data interpretation, sensor fusion, and high-performance computing at the physical edge; EDNA and MILDRED, proprietary algorithmic intelligence and autonomous reasoning layers designed for real-time edge analytics and predictive decision-making; VALOR, a product family of low-profile, flat-panel electronically steerable antennas (ESAs) built for multi-orbit satellite connectivity on mobile and expeditionary platforms; and tactical communications distribution services, delivering electronic warfare-resilient radios, tactical mesh communication nodes, and secure networking hardware. In recent corporate developments, the company officially changed its corporate name from Reticulate Micro, Inc. to RMX Industries, Inc. in August 2025 to reflect its strategic expansion into comprehensive edge intelligence and high-performance infrastructure systems. In April 2025, the company completed the acquisition of the remaining equity interests of RMX Industries, Inc. from K2 Endeavor DMCC, converting the entity from a joint venture into a wholly owned subsidiary, and appointed Karl Kit as Chief Executive Officer and President. In July 2026, RMX Industries executed a 1-for-3 reverse stock split of its Class A and Class B common stock to consolidate its equity structure on the OTCQB Venture Market. Operationally, the company expanded its research and engineering infrastructure by inaugurating the VAST Research and Testing Facility in Rochester, New York, in March 2025, while establishing regional operational offices in St. Louis, Missouri, and Palm Bay, Florida. Strategically, RMX Industries secured a commercial software order from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier) in July 2025 and entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The company has also expanded its commercial distribution network through an exclusive tactical communications distribution agreement with Ukrainian defense manufacturer Himera, a value-added reseller agreement with UK-based ZeroAlpha Solutions for NATO and European defense procurement, a federal delivery partnership with Dfuse Technologies via the GSA Schedule, and an integration partnership with Kraus Hamdani Aerospace for ultra-long endurance unmanned aerial platforms.
