Vallant Financial, Inc. is a bank holding company that provides a comprehensive suite of commercial, retail, agricultural, and mortgage banking services to individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, agribusinesses, and public entities throughout Georgia. Headquartered in Elberton, Georgia, with legacy banking roots dating back to 1934, the company delivers financial solutions organized across core segments: personal deposit services, including demand deposit checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, health savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts; consumer financing solutions, including fixed- and adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, auto loans, and secured and unsecured personal credit facilities; commercial and agribusiness lending, comprising commercial real estate mortgages, construction and development loans, working capital revolving lines of credit, equipment term loans, agricultural production financing, and Small Business Administration lending programs; treasury and cash management services, including automated clearing house payment processing, domestic and international wire transfers, remote deposit capture, merchant payment processing, sweep accounts, liquidity management, and fraud mitigation tools; and digital banking channels, providing online banking, mobile applications, electronic bill pay, mobile wallet support, and electronic statement delivery. In April 2026, the company completed a strategic merger of equals between Pinnacle Financial Corporation and Morris State Bancshares, Inc., rebranding the parent company from Pinnacle Financial Corporation to Vallant Financial, Inc., transitioning its stock under ticker VLNT on the OTCQX Best Market, and consolidating banking subsidiaries under Vallant Bank while retaining legacy Pinnacle Bank and Morris Bank branch branding across an expanded footprint spanning 22 Georgia counties with approximately four billion dollars in total assets.
