Oak Valley Bancorp functions as the parent company for Oak Valley Community Bank, which, alongside its Eastern Sierra Community Bank division, delivers a comprehensive suite of commercial banking offerings to individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises across California's Central Valley and Eastern Sierras. The institution features a variety of deposit options, including checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, health savings accounts, individual retirement accounts, and certificates of deposit. Beyond deposits, the bank extends various lending solutions such as commercial real estate loans, commercial business and trade financing, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and consumer credit products like automobile loans, home mortgages, revolving lines of credit, home equity loans, and other personal financing. Furthermore, Oak Valley provides an array of digital and auxiliary services, encompassing online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, merchant services, night drop facilities, extended hours, wire transfers, note collection, and automated teller machines. As of September 30, 2025, the company reported total assets of $2.00 billion. It maintains an expansive network of 19 full-service branch locations, having recently expanded into Lodi in mid-2025, complementing its existing presence in communities like Oakdale, Sonora, Bridgeport, Bishop, Mammoth Lakes, Modesto, Manteca, Patterson, Turlock, Tracy, Ripon, Stockton, Escalon, Sacramento, and Roseville, California. Established in 1990 and based in Oakdale, California, the company continues its focus on strategic growth and community engagement.
