Pan American Silver Corp. (NYSE: PAAS; TSX: PAAS) produces silver and gold from mines across the Americas, with principal products including silver bullion, gold bullion, zinc concentrate, lead concentrate and copper concentrate; the company operates the La Colorada, Dolores, Cerro Moro, Huaron, San Vicente, Jacobina, El Peñon, Timmins, Shahuindo, Minera Florida and Manantial Espejo mines, as well as a 44% joint venture interest in the high-grade Juanicipio silver mine in Mexico operated by Fresnillo plc, and holds a 100% interest in the non-operating Escobal mine in Guatemala. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Pan American Silver engages in the exploration, development, extraction, processing, refining and reclamation of precious and base metals primarily in Canada, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. The company targets industrial users, investors, jewelry manufacturers and refiners with its high-purity silver and gold products, alongside base metal concentrates essential for galvanizing, batteries and electrical applications. In September 2025, Pan American Silver completed its $2.1 billion acquisition of MAG Silver Corp., adding the 44% interest in Juanicipio, 100% ownership of the Larder exploration project in Canada and an option to earn 100% of the Deer Trail project in Utah, significantly expanding silver reserves by 58 million ounces and enhancing production capacity. The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.14 per share in November 2025 following record attributable free cash flow of $251.7 million in Q3 2025, and issued a 2025 year-end exploration update detailing 333,830 meters drilled across multiple assets including Jacobina, El Peñon, La Colorada and Huaron to support resource growth. Pan American also advances the La Colorada Skarn project with a potential two-phase development plan for higher-grade initial production and continues the ILO 169 consultation process for Escobal, while appointing Scott Campbell as Chief Operating Officer in October 2025.
