Recent developments include a new exclusive framework agreement with Merchants Distributors, LLC (MDI) designating Pricer as the preferred electronic shelf label provider for the U.S. grocery wholesaler (December 2025); a framework agreement with Coop Norge strengthening its Norwegian market position (November 2025); a customer agreement with leading Nordic retailer Norgesgruppen following direct sales model implementation in the Nordics and Baltics (October 2025); confirmation of partner IBM Federal's pre-awarded contract for Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) store modernization (October 2025); and increased ownership by Sterling Strategic Value Fund to 13.3% of shares, with a new board member nomination (July 2025).
