- Paladin Energy Ltd is an independent uranium producer engaged in the exploration, development, mining and sale of uranium oxide concentrate (U3O8) for the global nuclear-fuel market. The Company’s principal operating asset is its 75%-owned Langer Heinrich Mine in central western Namibia, a long-life open-pit uranium operation located near Swakopmund and the Port of Walvis Bay; the mine produces uranium concentrate through mining, beneficiation, leaching, solvent extraction, precipitation, drying and packaging processes. Paladin markets uranium products to nuclear utilities and other participants in the nuclear-fuel supply chain. The Company also holds uranium development and exploration assets in Canada and Australia, including the Patterson Lake South project in Saskatchewan, Canada, which contains the high-grade Triple R uranium deposit; the Michelin project and associated mineral licences in Labrador, Canada; early-stage exploration tenements in and around Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin; the Manyingee and Carley Bore uranium projects in Western Australia; and the Mount Isa uranium project in Queensland, Australia. Its services and activities encompass mineral-resource delineation; drilling and geological evaluation; metallurgical and engineering studies; permitting and licensing; mine development; uranium production; project financing and commercialisation; environmental, social and governance management; and stakeholder engagement with local communities, governments and Indigenous groups. Paladin operates through subsidiaries, including Paladin Canada, formerly Fission Uranium Corp., and serves customers in the international nuclear-power industry. Incorporated in 1993 and formerly known as Paladin Resources Ltd until its 2007 name change, the Company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. In December 2024, Paladin completed the acquisition of Fission Uranium Corp., subsequently renamed Paladin Canada, adding the Patterson Lake South development project to its portfolio and expanding its Canadian operating platform. During fiscal 2026, Paladin completed the operational ramp-up of Langer Heinrich, producing 4.82 million pounds of U3O8 and selling 4.35 million pounds, and shifted its strategic emphasis toward advancing Patterson Lake South through engineering, permitting and licensing activities, with a construction-licence decision targeted by the end of 2027.
