PEDEVCO Corp. (NYSE American: PED) is a publicly traded energy company focused on the acquisition, development, and production of oil and natural gas assets in the United States. The company holds principal interests in its Rockies Assets, comprising the D-J Basin asset covering approximately 14,809 net acres in Weld and Morgan Counties, Colorado, and 3,860 net acres in Laramie County, Wyoming in the Powder River Basin; and its Permian Basin asset spanning approximately 14,550 net acres in eastern New Mexico; applying unconventional technologies to conventional assets. PEDEVCO, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, targets strategic high-growth projects primarily in the Rockies and Permian regions for exploration and production operators and investors. In November 2025, the company closed a transformative merger positioning it as a premier Rockies operator with 32 wells recently completed or scheduled for completion in Q4 2025 and early Q1 2026 to drive production growth and pursue accretive acquisitions for operational synergies. Earlier in March 2025, PEDEVCO entered a joint development agreement with a large private equity-backed D-J Basin E&P operator for its Roth and Amber DSUs in Weld County, Colorado, including operatorship transfer, five new horizontal wells planned for Q3 2025 drilling, and maintained working interests of at least 40% each.
