Peakstone Realty Trust (NYSE: PKST) is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating predominantly single-tenant industrial properties located in strategic markets; its core offerings include industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets featuring low building-to-land ratios that maximize yard space for material display, movement, and storage, alongside traditional industrial properties such as distribution centers, warehouses, and light manufacturing facilities; the company previously included office, R&D, and data center properties in its portfolio but is actively divesting these to achieve an industrial-only focus.
