Plasson Industries Ltd (TASE: PLSN; OTC: PLSNF) develops, manufactures and markets technical plastic products for flow solutions, livestock equipment and bathroom/kitchen applications. The company produces compression and electrofusion fittings, valves and manifolds for polyethylene (PE) pipes used in municipal water distribution, gas conveyance, industrial fluid transfer, wastewater systems, mining and agriculture; livestock systems including automated potable water supply, feeding and climate control solutions for broilers, turkeys, breeders, layers and swine; and bathroom/kitchen products such as faucets, drainage lines, sinks, concealed cisterns and accessories. Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Maagan Michael, Israel, Plasson operates manufacturing facilities in Israel, the United States, Germany, Italy and India, with sales and subsidiaries across more than 100 countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East, employing approximately 2,000 people worldwide. In recent years, the company has focused on operational excellence through LEAN management implementation, product innovation such as updated below-ground manifolds for PE pipe systems, and ongoing global expansion via subsidiaries including Plasson USA, Plasson Brazil and Plasson Polska. Plasson Industries Ltd, a public company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1996, continues to invest in research and development to maintain its leadership in plastic pipe fittings and poultry equipment markets.
