Business
Perseverance Metals Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the identification, acquisition and advancement of North American critical-minerals properties prospective for nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum-group elements (PGEs) and hard-rock lithium. The Company’s principal exploration assets comprise the Lac Gayot nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE and lithium project in Québec’s James Bay region, encompassing approximately 17,000 hectares and the Venus Greenstone Belt, including high-grade nickel occurrences and lithium-bearing, spodumene prospective pegmatites; the Voyageur nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE project in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, a large mineral-rights package situated approximately 65 kilometres west of the Eagle nickel-copper-PGE mine and prospective for magmatic sulphide mineralization; and the Armit Lake nickel-copper-cobalt project in Ontario’s Savant Lake Greenstone Belt. Perseverance applies geological mapping, geophysics, geochemistry, drilling and data-led exploration techniques to delineate and evaluate high-grade magmatic nickel-copper-PGE and lithium mineralization, with a strategic focus on district-scale, underexplored assets in Canada and the United States. Its prospective customers and stakeholders include mining companies, strategic critical-mineral participants, investors and potential acquirers seeking exposure to North American battery-metal and PGE exploration projects. Incorporated on March 24, 2022, Perseverance Metals is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Recent developments include the commencement of the inaugural 2026 drilling campaign at Voyageur, where the Company reported the discovery of a near-surface nickel- and copper-sulphide-bearing mafic-ultramafic intrusion at the Osprey target in September 2026; continued 2026 drilling and geophysical work at Lac Gayot; the March 2026 closing of a C$8.2 million non-brokered private placement to support exploration activities; and the announcement on September 15, 2026 of a further non-brokered private placement of up to C$8.0 million.
