Parsons Corporation delivers advanced technological solutions and services across global defense, intelligence, and vital infrastructure sectors. The company operates through two main business divisions: Federal Solutions and Critical Infrastructure. Within its Federal Solutions segment, Parsons provides advanced cyber security capabilities and intelligence support, including both offensive and defensive platforms, specialized tools, and operational expertise to entities like the U.S. Department of Defense and the wider intelligence community. This segment also offers comprehensive space and geospatial solutions, encompassing geospatial intelligence analysis, threat assessment, space situational awareness, small satellite launch and integration, and command and control systems for agencies such as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and various Department of Defense units. This includes specialized technology services for areas such as energy production, aviation, healthcare and bio-surveillance, environmental systems, nuclear waste management, and counter-weapons of mass destruction initiatives. The Critical Infrastructure segment focuses on intelligent transportation management systems, aviation, rail and transit networks, smart cities software, and cyber protection for essential infrastructure, serving transportation authorities, rail and transit operators, as well as private industrial clients and public utilities with engineering, program management, and environmental services. Parsons Corporation was established in 1944 and maintains its headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia.
