PTTGC recently agreed to divest non-core infrastructure assets, including tank terminal assets valued at THB 4.8 billion to PTT Tank Terminal Company Limited in September 2025 as part of a monetization strategy; advanced its bio and green businesses via a 50% stake in NatureWorks, the world's largest polylactic acid producer, with a new integrated PLA facility under development in Nakhon Sawan Bio Complex slated for completion in 2025; expanded high-value offerings through allnex for low-carbon products; and pursued strategic partnerships for specialty chemicals investments in Map Ta Phut to capitalize on Southeast Asian growth.
